Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to work in either its San Diego, California office or our firm’s Honolulu, Hawaii office and manage litigation cases in Hawaii, focusing on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transaction matters. Candidates with experience in judicial foreclosure are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigation cases from inception to completion.
Analyze cases and advise clients on legal strategies.
Draft court pleadings and other legal documents.
Handle discovery processes, including motions.
Attend court hearings, both in-person and via telephone.
Participate in special projects and additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor's Degree.
Active bar license to practice law in Hawaii.
Preferred experience in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law.
Strong written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research.
Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
