Erie PA facility is looking for a reliable, organized, self-motivated supervisor in the Erie location. This is a full-time position, with 3rd shift hours of 10 P.M. To 7: 00 A.M., overtime is sometimes required. In this position, you will manage our fast-paced production team. A positive attitude, attention to detail, shop math, 2D and 3D drawing, print knowledge, and bill of materials along with previous supervisory experience is required. 3-axis CNC Router programming (Vectric V-Carve) and operation skills are a plus. This opportunity also offers great benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match, vacation, and Holiday pay after a probationary period.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead support staff and production team following daily shift schedules.
Train current and new staff on various production processes.
Monitor and perform quality and labor efficiency checks during the shift.
Build basic jigs and fixtures required for production.
Monitor and maintain production equipment as required.
Monitor email and phone communications during shift.
Enter daily labor into our E2 shop software (basic data entry) along with weekly payroll Excel sheets.
Basic MS Office skills
This position will require some testing such as shop math, tape measure, and computer knowledge. Screening is required, along with a background check. ·High School Diploma required ·3+ years of successful manufacturing Production Supervision experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $18-22/hour based upon experience and qualifications.
